Is there an estimate for how many hours the course will take?

That’s a difficult question because it will depend a lot on each participant’s skill level and how in-depth they choose to go on each Thing. One Thing might not grab you very much while another captivates you and suddenly two hours have gone by! But in general, participants should probably allow an average of one hour per Thing.

I only have a cheap phone, no smart or android. I have a PC at work, but I also have access to a IPAD. Would an IPAD work? Thanks.

For 23 Mobile Things you need an Apple- or Android-based device, so an iPhone, iPad, Google Nexus, Samsung Galaxy, etc. would work just fine.

Here are the devices I have to choose from: Asus epad, iPad, Nook Color, Nook Simple Touch, Kindle, Sony Reader. I know the iPad will work, will any of the others?

While some of the apps we’ve included might be available on the devices you listed, we can only guarantee that they will work with the iPad.

I’m pretty sure I submitted the wrong url for my blog with my registration (this is why I’m learning 23 Mobile Things!) Is there a way to correct it?

Instagram and Snapshot don’t seem to be available from the app store for the Thing 10 assignment. I substituted InstaCollage Pro.

Instagram and Snapchat are in the App Store. They are iPhone apps, so if you’re using an iPad and you searched the App Store instead of clicking on our link, you have to select iPhone apps at the top of the screen. Like this: InstaCollage Pro is actually not a photo sharing app like Instagram and Snapchat. It’s more of a photo editing app like you’ll learn about in Thing 9.
