Never worry again about finding a Wi-Fi Internet connection. “Near Me” search is based on current location. The app scans for free or paid public Wi-Fi hotspots around you. There are more than 45,000 free locations in over 104 countries. The spots are plotted on a map, with Phone numbers and address. You can filter by location type (Cafe, Library, etc.) and save your favorites. There is a database you can download for offline access.
- Download and open the app.
- Click on the Find Free Public Wi-Fi Near Me button. (Or, you can search for Wi-Fi worldwide, or use the Offline W-Fi Finder.)
- You’ll then want to give the app access to your location so it can find places near you.
- You’ll then see places near you with wifi and you can click on a place name to read more about it.
