signnowSignNow: Apple / Android

When it comes to documents on devices, another thing that is sometimes hard is adding your signature to the document. If you need to sign a document or get someone’s signature for a document, SignNow can help you do this pretty easily, without you having to print, scan, or fax anything.

Note: the free version of SignNow only allows you to sign 5 documents per month. If you discover that you really like this app and need much more, there is the option to upgrade in the app.

Getting started

  1. Download and open the app and you’ll be prompted to create an account, so do so.
  2. You’ll have to click the verify button in an email that they send you to fully open your account.
  3. Then enter the app and log in.
  4. To then get a document you want to sign into SignNow, click the + button on the top of the page and select where the item is for information on how to get it into the app.

Here are some screenshots to get you started.

After you’ve successfully logged into the app, you then need to add a document to the app. Click the + button at the top of the app and then select where the item is located for information on how to get it into the app. Here is a screenshot showing this (click to make it larger):

Once you have your item added to the document, you can move it around and adjust its size, and then click the arrow button to save it. We added our signature to a document so you could see this (click to make it larger):

Whenever you have questions about how an app uses your information, you want to read their terms of service and/or privacy policies to determine for yourself whether or not you want to use it – Sign Now Terms of Service & Privacy Policy. If you don’t think Sign Now is for you, try one of the other apps.
